1 Shell material: 100% cotton, 40x40/133x100TC, 60x60/140x140TC or others

2 Technics: Double needle stitching(0.1+0.3cms) with Germany piping or self fabric piping.

3 Filling material: Washed white duck/goose down/feather, originated from non-epizootic area, and washed with detergent, rinsed an hour and dried with steam in a high temperature drier with 120 degrees gentigrade for 30 minutes with lowest odor, oil and fat comtent

4 Feature: Anti-allergenic, anti-snore, anti-apnea.

5 Color and size customized

The above filling material: Originated from Safety and Non-Epizootic area, the goods have been washed with detergent and cleaned with water for about one hours. Then dried in a steam dryer at the temperature of 120 degree for about 30 minutes. The feather was taken from the slaughtered animals.

Down & Feather Products Labeling (EUROPE)

Definitions: The following definitions are used in the labeling of down and feather products in Europe:

1. DOWN .......................Down cluster (see below) + allowance of up to 5% down fiber as a % of down cluster.

Down Cluster =   Down + Plumules + Nestling Downs.                                                                           2. FEATHERS................Feathers (no quills) + allowance of up to 9% feather fiber and damaged/chopped feathers as a % of feathers.

3. LANDFOWL...............Non-waterfowl feathers, such as chicken, turkey, etc.

4. OTHER ELEMENTS..The sum of down fibre in excess of 5% allowance+ Feather fibre & chopped/damaged feathers in excess of 9% allowance, +

                             Landfowl + Residue + Quill feathers + Reprocessed feathers (couché)

5.   CLASS..................... Class I, Class II, Class III or you do not have to label as a class.

6.   DOWN PRODUCT…If a product has 60% or more “Down” the product may be advertised as a “Down Product”.           See EN 13186.
