Processing: Choose excellent feather&down material, adopt German advanced down washing technology and washed equipments. The raw materials are washed with detergent for at least one and half hours and cleaned with water for at least one hour, dehydrated for 24 hours, dried in drying machine at temperature 120C for 30 minutes, cooling for 60 minutes, and then packing. By the way of sorting, washing, degreasing, sterilizing, the produced feather&down has the characters of high filling power, high cleanliness, great warmth and it is hypoallergenic and no odor.
